It has been pretty gloomy weather recently in Denmark. And you may laugh but the sun really does affect a person's mood more than you think! It has been harder to be motivated, and I become tired much more easily (which does not bode well for studio/school work). Today we had a free day before we depart for Sweden/Finland tomorrow so two of my friends and I took a day trip to Christiania to see a temporary art exhibit. It was also the first day of WARM sun and bright blue sky in a long time. After we looked at the art, we sat down near the lakes to soak up the warmth. It sounds stupid but having the sun out truly made me SO happy. I don't think I will take California warmth for granted ever again.





Also since this weekend is real Fastelavn, I bought a Fastelavn pastry.
